We take pride in producing high-quality novelty prop currency designed for entertainment, film, photography, music videos, theatrical productions, training environments, and promotional use. Because our products are specialty items that are printed, packaged, and quality-checked prior to shipment, we maintain a structured refund and return policy to ensure fairness, compliance, and clarity for all customers. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed. However, we understand that certain situations may require review, and we are committed to resolving legitimate concerns promptly and professionally. Customers may request a return authorization within 7 calendar days of delivery if the item received is defective, damaged during transit, or materially different from what was ordered. To be eligible for review, the product must remain unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. Any rubber banding, shrink wrapping, bundling, or production formatting must remain intact. Items that show signs of wear, handling damage, tampering, alteration, or misuse will not qualify for return or refund consideration.

To initiate a return request, customers must contact our support team via email with their order number, full name, and clear photographic evidence of the issue. Images must show the condition of the packaging, the shipping label, and the specific defect or discrepancy being reported. Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the request. If the claim is approved, customers will receive written return authorization instructions. Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may be refused and returned to sender.

Because our products are novelty prop currency and not legal tender, strict compliance and handling standards apply. For safety, legal, and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns on custom orders under any circumstances. Custom prop money orders, including personalized designs, logos, artist names, branded bills, modified denominations, specialty prints, or bulk production runs created specifically for a client, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all custom proofs prior to print authorization. Any errors approved in the final proof remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method only. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused directly by our fulfillment team. If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers once an order has left our facility. However, if a shipment arrives visibly damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we may assist in filing a carrier claim where applicable. Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not qualify for investigation.

For hygiene, compliance, and quality-control reasons, we do not accept returns on bulk bundles that have been opened, separated, or redistributed. Million dollar bundles, brick-wrapped stacks, duffle bag sets, or shrink-wrapped packages must remain sealed to qualify for inspection review. Any product used in filming, photography, promotional events, or public settings is considered used merchandise and is not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to deny any refund request that appears fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with our policy terms. Attempts to misuse, alter, replicate, or falsely claim damage to novelty currency products may result in refusal of service and potential reporting to appropriate authorities if required by law. Our company strictly prohibits the misuse of prop currency in any unlawful manner, and refunds will not be issued in connection with suspected improper use.

If your order arrives incomplete or you believe an item is missing, you must notify us within 72 hours of confirmed delivery. We maintain fulfillment verification processes to ensure order accuracy, and delayed claims may not be eligible for correction.

In certain rare situations, we may offer store credit at our sole discretion as a courtesy resolution. Store credit, if granted, will be valid for a specified period and may not be redeemed for cash.

You further acknowledge that you understand these items hold no monetary value and are not refundable simply due to a change of mind, no longer needing the item, or misunderstanding the product’s intended purpose.
